Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago counties are among 18 Wisconsin counties with a Winter Storm Watch through Thursday morning. Four to eight inches of snow could occur, with reduced visibility at times and hazardous driving conditions. Meanwhile a Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Marquette counties from 9 pm tonight to Noon tomorrow. Snow accumulations could be 4 to 7 inches with a light glaze of ice. Hazardous conditions could impact morning commutes.
