11/10/22 Reeseville Man Killed In Dodge County Crash

A 58-year-old Reeseville man injured in a Dodge County traffic crash Sunday, died the following day at a hospital in Madison. Sheriff’s officials say Troy Burkhalter was driving his car west on County Highway J west of County Highway KW in the Town of Lowell Sunday afternoon. His car failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and went into a counter-clockwise spin. It went off of the roadway where it struck an embankment and vaulted. Burkhalter sustained life-threatening injuries and was flown to the UW-Hospital in Madison. He died there Monday. No one else was in the vehicle with him.
