9/23/22 Drivers Injured In Milk Truck Versus FedEx Truck Collision

23 September 2022 News

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say 5,800 gallons of milk was spilled when a milk truck and a FedEx ground delivery truck collided at the intersection of County Highways P and N in the town of Rubicon Thursday morning. Twenty-six-year-old Jose Lorenzana of Franklin, Wisconsin was driving the FedEx truck west on County Highway N. Twenty-eight-year-old James Krueger of Mayville was driving the milk truck south on County Highway P. The FedEx truck failed to yield to the milk truck and entered the intersection. The two trucks collided with the milk truck overturning and spilling its 58-hundred gallons of milk on the roadway. Packages from the FedEx truck were scattered in a ditch where the delivery truck ended up. Both drivers were taken to a hospital in Hartford for treatment of their injuries. The accident was reported at 9:44 am. (Dodge County Sheriff’s photos)
