GREEN LAKE, WI, – Town Square Community Center will recreate that classic supper club experience at its annual Fall Wisconsin Supper Club event on Saturday, October 8 from 5:30-10 p.m. The event will include dinner, drinks, live entertainment, dancing, and plenty of nostalgic touches and surprises.
Wisconsin supper clubs are an iconic experience and Town Square is recreating the atmosphere of the 1940’s when they were considered a “destination.” Patrons would spend the whole evening, from cocktail hour to nightclub-style entertainment after dinner.
Town Square executive director, Kris Anderson, said they are adding another Supper Club favorite to the mix. “In addition to the Wisconsin Old Fashioned and prime rib, we will have ice cream drinks for guests to enjoy. This is always a fun event and gets better every time,” Anderson added.
The Supper Club event, catered by Moose Inn in Wautoma, will feature a prime rib dinner, baked potato and sides, salad, and bread basket with cheese dip. A cash bar will offer a variety of beer, wine, and of course Old Fashioneds.
No supper club experience would be complete without live entertainment. Special guest and singer Anthony Loefelchelli will perform favorites from all the classic crooners like Frank Sinatra,Tony Bennett, Engelbert Humperdinck, Dean Martin, and Nat King Cole.
Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Square lobby. Guests will move upstairs to the ballroom for dinner at 7 p.m. Entertainment and dancing begins at 8 p.m. Dressy attire is requested, jackets preferred. Tickets are $65 per person or $600 for a premier table of eight, which includes two bottles of wine and V.I.P. seating. Tickets are available at greenlaketownsquare.org.
