The Bucks hope to make it two-in-a-row tonight in Boston in game two of their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Celtics.   Milwaukee’s defense dominated in Sunday’s opener as the Bucks won 101-89.  Giannis Antetokounmpo had his second career postseason triple-double, scoring 24 points, while grabbing 13 rebounds and dishing out 12 assists. Jrue Holiday chipped in with 25 points and 10 rebounds while Bobby Portis scored 15 points and had 11 rebounds.

The NBA Playoffs continued Monday night as Miami beat Philadelphia 106-92 in the first game of their Eastern Conference Semifinal series in Miami.  In the Western Conference Semifinals, Phoenix beat Dallas 121-114 in game one of their series.

Tonight in the west, plays game two of their series in Memphis.  The Warriors edged Memphis 117-116 Sunday night in game one.

The Brewers, after having Monday off, are back in action tonight  hosting the Reds at American Family Field.  Milwaukee lost the finale of their weekend series at home with the Cubs Sunday, 2-0.  After outscoring Chicago 20-2 in the first two games of the series the Brewers bats went cold against Chicago starter Marcus Stroman, who threw two-hit ball for seven innings, outdueling Brewers ace Corbin Burnes.  Burnes had a good outing nonetheless, striking out ten, while giving  up just four hits in seven innings against the Cubs. He retired the first 13 batters he faced before giving up a homer to Patrick Wisdom in the fifth.  Right-hander Brandon Woodruff (2-1, 5:30 ERA) goes for Milwaukee against fellow righty Vladimer Guiterrez (0-4, 7:.41 ERA0.  First pitch is at 6:40 and the game can be heard on AM 1100/98.3 FM, WISS.

There was one game in the NL Central Monday as St. Louis shutout the Royals 1-0.
