Wisconsin’s 7-day rolling average for new COVID-19 cases continued to fall Friday to 525 a day. The rate for tests coming back positive also continues to decline to 3.7 percent. Meanwhile the percentage of the state’s population that has received at least one dose of COVID-19 is now at 64 percent and the rate for those who have completed the vaccine series is 60.5 percent. Entering the weekend the Wisconsin Hospital Association reported 443 COVID-19 patients in the state’s 138 hospitals with 77 of those patients in intensive care units.

In Winnebago County the percentage of the population that has received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine is 62.1 percent and 58.9 percent have completed the vaccine series. In Fond du Lac County those percentages are 55.6 and 52.9 percent respectively and in Dodge County 52.4 percent and 50 percent. In Green Lake County 57.3 percent of the population has gotten at least one shot in the arm and 54.4 percent have completed the vaccine series. In Waupaca County those numbers are 55.4 percent and 53.3 percent respectively, and in Waushara County 45.9 percent and 43.8 percent.
