2/13/22 Waupun Man Struck By Vehicle In FDL County

A 26-year-old Waupun man was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac with significant injuries after he was struck by a vehicle while walking along Winnebago Drive in the Town of Fond du Lac Saturday night. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials arrested the driver of the vehicle, a 38-year-old Milwaukee man, who is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing injury. The collision occurred directly west of Prairie Road. The County’s Communications Center got a call about the accident at 8:45 Saturday evening.
