Two Injured In Town Of Rosendale Crash

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 26 north of Griffith Road in the Town of Eldorado Monday morning. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say a northbound vehicle on Highway 26 was making a left turn when a second northbound vehicle failed to stop and struck it from behind. A 31-year-old West Bend man was driving the vehicle attempting the turn and a 22-year-old Rosendale woman the vehicle that rear-ended it. Ripon Guardian Ambulance took both drivers to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac for treatment of minor injuries. The Rosendale woman was cited for inattentive driving. The accident was reported just after 6:30 Monday morning.
