The Packers continue to get ready for their divisional game at home Saturday night against the San Francisco 49ers. The two teams met each other in week three of the regular season and Green Bay came away with a 30-28 win on a last-second 51-yard field goal by Mason Crosby. Saturday’s game will be the fifth matchup between Matt La Fleur and San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan, so each coach is very familiar with each other. Offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett said it’s a win or go home situation and says the atmosphere will be tremendous and both teams will be pumped.
There were only two players listed on the Packers’ injury report Wednesday that did not practice. Tight end Mercedes Lewis was given a veteran’s rest and wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who sat out with a back injury after seeing limited participation Tuesday.
