Sports for December 8th
The Packers are back on the practice field today after their bye week and will get ready for Sunday night’s matchup with the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field. Green Bay (9-3) is in the first place in the NFC North while the Bears are in third place at 4-8 and virtually out of the Wild Card picture.
The Milwaukee Bucks begin a four-game road trip tonight at Miami against the Heat. The Bucks are 16-9 overall and winners of two straight while the Heat come on at 14-11. Milwaukee has the third best record in the Eastern Conference while the Heat are in fourth place, two games behind the Bucks.
In Big Ten basketball tonight, Wisconsin hosts Indiana. The Badgers (7-1), come into the game ranked 22nd while the Hoosiers are also 7-1. Tipoff is at 6:00.
