The Wisconsin Department of Health Services Wednesday released data from November showing that compared to people who are fully vaccinated those who are not vaccinated are three times more likely to be diagnosed with COVID-19. They are also 11 times more likely to be hospitalized and 12 times more likely to die. Meanwhile the DHS reported 4,052 new cases of COVID-19, 33 deaths and 188 hospitalizations.
Winnebago County Wednesday reported 72 new COVID-19 cases and 1 death as it nears 28,000 total cases since the pandemic began. One-hundred and twenty-five (125) new cases were reported in Fond du Lac County and Dodge County had 40 new cases. Green Lake County recorded 9 new cases, Waupaca County had 31 new cases and 4 deaths, and Waushara County reported 8 new cases of the coronavirus.
