Grothman On Quick Collapse In Afghanistan

Congressman Glenn Grothman says he’s appalled at how fast the army in Afghanistan collapsed after the U.S. pulled its troops out. The federal lawmaker from Glenbeulah says our intelligence experts told Congress it would take 3 or 4 years for the Afghan Army crumble to the Taliban threat, but instead it took only 3 to 4 weeks. He says someone that worked for his staff spent a few months in Afghanistan where they learned how much people there hated America. He says that staffer seemed to be more well-informed about what would happen there then our own intelligence experts. Grothman says so many American lives were lost and money spent on defending Afghanistan to see things end this way.
