Fatal Fire In Waushara County

Firefighters in Waushara County responded to what turned out to be a fatal fire in the Town of Warren Wednesday night. Sheriff Walter Zuehlke did not say in a press release how many people died in the fire at N1571 27th Lane at 8:23 Wednesday evening. The Redgranite Fire Department took the lead in fighting the blaze with help from fire departments from Neshkoro, Berlin, Wautoma, Poy Sippi, and the Waushara County EMS. Investigating the fire are the Red Granite Fire Department, State Fire Marshal’s Office, Waushara County Medical and Sheriff’s Offices.
