COVID 19 Report Wednesday

Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services says 75 people tested positive for the COVID-19 virus in the latest batch of test results that came back Wednesday. Meanwhile the 7-day average for cases sank below 70 again to 69. Two more deaths were reported putting the death toll since the pandemic began at 7,308 lives lost. Twenty-six people were hospitalized with the coronavirus.  The Wisconsin Hospital Association says 95 people are hospitalized with COVID-19 across the state with 26 of those patients in intensive care units.

Three new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Winnebago County Wednesday. Fond du Lac County reported two new cases. Meanwhile Dodge, Green Lake, Waupaca and Waushara counties had no new cases to report.
