Wisconsin saw 208 new COVID 19 cases Thursday the first time the state has seen more than 200 in a single day in over a month. It brought the 7-day rolling average for new cases up from 71 to 85. The Department of Health Services also reported 4 more deaths to bring the death toll during the pandemic to 7,335 lives lost. Thirty-seven people were also hospitalized with the coronavirus. The Wisconsin Hospital Association says there are 80 COVID patients in hospitals across the state with 28 in intensive care.
Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties each reported two new cases of COVID-19 Thursday. Dodge, Green Lake, Waupaca and Waushara counties had no new cases of the coronavirus.
