Second Fatal Accident In Dodge County In As Many Days

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 33 near North Grove Road in the Town of Oak Grove claimed the life of a 50-year-old Lake Mills woman who was driving one of the vehicles. She was driving a Buick sedan when a Ford Truck crossed over the center line yesterday afternoon and hit it. The woman died at the scene and a 12-year-old passenger from Lake Mills was flown to Children’s Hospital in Madison with life-threatening injuries. The 47-year-old Horicon man driving the truck suffered serious injuries and was taken to Aurora Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc. A 44-year-old passenger from Horicon was taken to the hospital in Beaver Dam with minor injuries.
