Toddler Run Over By Tractor Will Make Full Recovery

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say the 2-year-old girl who was seriously injured after falling off of a tractor and being run over by it Wednesday afternoon is expected to make a full recovery. She suffered facial fractures and a broken collarbone and was flown to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee. The toddler was riding on a southbound Kubota Tractor on Hickory Road in the Town of Byron when the tractor hit a bump in the roadway causing her to fall off and be run over by the tractor. The 38-year-old Fond du Lac woman driving the tractor and another child passenger were not injured. Names were not released.
