Murder Charge Brought In Oshkosh Shooting

A first degree intentional homicide charge has been brought against a 45-year-old Appleton man for a shooting in the 900 block of Greenwood Court in Oshkosh. The victim 29-year-old Deshaun Davis was taken to a local hospital after the April 27th shooting where he passed away. An autopsy will be conducted today by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office. The suspect Erice Grady was charged Tuesday in Winnebago County court with first degree intentional homicide. Bond was set at $1 million cash and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Thursday.
