Fatal Accident In Waushara County

A 48-year-old man was killed when the pickup truck he was driving on Waushara County Highway XX went off the road and hit a tree Saturday afternoon. Sheriff Wally Zuehlke says the county medical examiner pronounced Jayson Beck dead at the scene. The accident happened just south of County Highway D in the Town of Aurora. Redgranite Police, County EMS, Poy Sippi Fire and Rescue and ThedaStar also responded to the scene. The cause of the crash is being investigated.
