Waupaca County Boating Accident Victim Dies

Waupaca County Sheriff’s officials say a person involved in a boating accident on the Wolf River near Gill’s Landing on April 6th has died. The operator of the boat, and lone occupant, was heading north on the river and lost control striking several trees on the shoreline. That person was taken to ThedaCare in Waupaca and later transferred to ThedaCare in Neenah. The accident victim passed away Thursday.
