State health officials reported a higher number of new cases, deaths and hospitalizations Tuesday from COVID 19. The 815 new cases were nearly 24 percent of the 3,432 test results that came back. Seventeen deaths were recorded adding to the death toll for the coronavirus in Wisconsin, which now stands at 6,773 lives. The Department of Health Services also reported 100 hospitalizations. The Wisconsin Hospital Association reports 331 COVID patients in the state’s 136 hospitals with 105 people in intensive care units.

Winnebago County Tuesday reported 15 new COVID-19 cases and 1 death. Fond du Lac County recorded 4 new cases and Dodge County had 22 new cases.  Green Lake, Marquette, Waupaca and Waushara counties each reported 1 new case each.
