Agnesian HealthCare Welcomes Family Medicine Physician To Waupun Clinic

Jean Riquelme, MD, FAAFP, a family medicine physician, is now accepting patients at Agnesian HealthCare’s Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, 608 W. Brown Street in Waupun.
Dr. Riquelme specializes in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. She offers a full range of general family medicine, including preventive health care, annual physicals, well-child checks and immunizations, and care for acute and chronic illness and general medical concerns.
“Over many years of being a doctor, I’ve come to realize how precious good health is,” according to Dr. Riquelme. “My goal is to partner with my patients to maintain, or restore, health no matter where they are starting from. I enjoy caring for all ages from joyful birth to elegant older age.”
Dr. Riquelme earned her medical degree and completed her family medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
