Three Ripon Men Suspected Of Running Drug Trafficking Place

11 March 2021 News

Maintaining a drug trafficking place, marijuana trafficking and other charges have been brought against three Ripon men who share a residence in the city. Charges against 18-year-old Brendan Smith, 19-year-old Noah Lindsley, and 22-year-old Brendan Jenkins are based on the execution of a search warrant at 219 Washington Street on February 8th. According to the criminal complaints police began their investigation after a traffic stop of Lindsley last October during which three-quarters of a pound of marijuana were recovered from his vehicle. He allegedly admitted to being a dealer and making up to $5,000 a month selling pot. Police also used a confidential informant during their investigation. When the search warrant was executed officers seized about a third of a pound of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lindsley and Smith are also facing felony bail jumping charges.
