The state’s Department of Health Services says 15 percent of the state’s population has received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. That comes to nearly 875,000 residents. Another milestone met is 50 percent of those 65 or older or more than 508,000 people have completed their vaccine series. The DHS also reported on Tuesday that it had some technical difficulties, which delayed some reporting on COVID-19 cases.
Winnebago County reported 13 new coronavirus cases yesterday and 2 deaths. Fond du Lac County had 8 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday and no new cases were recorded in Dodge County. No new cases were reported in Green Lake and Marquette counties. Waupaca County recorded 4 new cases and no new cases were reported by the Waushara County Health Department.
