Agnesian HealthCare Welcomes Nurse Practitioner To Waupun Clinic

Jessica Yogerst Sullivan, APNP, MSN, a nurse practitioner, is now accepting patients at Agnesian HealthCare’s Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, 608 W. Brown Street in Waupun.
Sullivan provides medical services to individuals and families with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. She assists patients by discussing prevention and wellness techniques, prescribing medications and managing health issues.
“My philosophy of care is patient-focused,” Sullivan says. “It is important to look at the whole person, evaluating their physical, emotional, cultural, environmental and spiritual wellness. I want to form a partnership with my patients and work with them through their wellness and recovery.”
She earned a Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Marian College and graduated from the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sullivan also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the American Military University.
Sullivan previously served in Waupun Memorial Hospital’s Work & Wellness, as well as the Emergency Department.
“I am looking forward to meeting and working with new co-workers, new patients and their families,” Sullivan explains. “I will enjoy the opportunity to work side-by-side with people with whom I had previously worked for the past 23 years within Agnesian HealthCare. It is great to be coming home.”
