The program “Next Generation Leaders: How to Attract, Engage, and Retain a 5-Generation Workforce” will be offered from 8 to 9:30 am on Thursday, December 17th. Envision Director of Membership and Programs Joe Venhuizen says Envision has their own group belonging to the National Society of Human Resource Managers which will sponsor the program. He notes it’s a multi-generational workforce now with baby boomers included.  “There hasn’t been a time in recent history where you have had five generation all working at the same time. Obviously we know that folks are retiring from that baby boomer generation, but they are still in the workforce.” More about the costs and how to register to participate is available on Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Events webpage.
