Campbellsport Woman Injured In Halloween Accident

A 32-year-old Campbellsport woman was injured Saturday night when she fell off a trailer being towed by a utility terrain vehicle during Halloween activities in the Town of Auburn. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say it happened in the area of Trail Vu Court and Moraine Drive. The woman struck her head and was bleeding significantly. Campbellsport Ambulance took her to St. Agnes Hospital and she was flown from there to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee where she is in stable condition. She was trying to get back on the trailer when the UTV began moving and she fell off striking her head on the roadway. The woman was part of a group. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident. The UTV was being operated in accordance with state law and local ordinance. The accident was reported just before 7 pm.
