One Killed And Two Injured In Semi Versus SUV Crash

The State Patrol has released the names of those involved in a fatal two-vehicle crash in Waushara County near Coloma Wednesday afternoon. Sixty-five-year-old Kevin Butler of Sturgeon Bay was driving an SUV that was struck by a semi that failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of County Highway V and State Highway 21. He died at the scene and his passenger 63-year-old Carol Butler of Sturgeon Bay was flown to the UW-Hospital in Madison with life-threatening injuries. Thirty-four-year-old Tomasz Dubial of Bloomington, Indiana was driving the truck. He was also flown to the UW-Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The State Patrol says a 65-year-old Sturgeon Bay man was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Waushara County near Coloma Wednesday afternoon. The man was driving an SUV that was struck by a semi that failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of County Highway V and State Highway 21. The man died at the scene and his passenger a 63-year-old woman from Sturgeon Bay was flown to the UW-Hospital in Madison with life-threatening injuries. The 34-year-old Bloomington, Indiana man driving the truck was also flown to the UW-Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident happened just before 1 pm.
