COVID 19 Report Thursday

State Health officials say the 464 new COVID-19 cases reported Thursday was the biggest increase for Wisconsin in three weeks. More than 4 percent of the 11,222 new test results came back positive. New cases were reported in two-thirds or 48 of the state’s 72 counties. Nine deaths were also reported yesterday bringing that toll since the outbreak began to 766.

Winnebago County Thursday reported 8 new COVID-19 cases bringing its totals to 634 cases and 11 deaths. Dodge County reported just 1 new case giving it 445 cases and 5 deaths. Six new cases in Fond du Lac County bring its totals to 306 and 6 deaths. Green Lake County had no new cases and remains at 26 cases and Marquette County also held steady with 10 cases and 1 death.  Waupaca County had two new cases of the virus and one new death giving it 104 cases and 7 deaths while Waushara County has had 20 cases of the coronavirus.
