For the third straight day the percentage of COVID 19 tests coming back positive in Wisconsin was below 3 percent. According to the state’s Department of Health Services 264 tests or 2.3 percent of the 11,299 test results that came back Sunday tested positive for the virus. The cumulative total for the state since the outbreak began in February is 20,835 cases. Two more deaths were also reported on Sunday bringing that toll to 647.
The number of COVID-19 cases in Dodge County reached 400 Sunday with 4 new cases. Dodge County has also had 4 deaths due to the pandemic. Winnebago County reported 31 new cases and now has 385 with 7 deaths. Fond du Lac County has 233 cases and 6 deaths due to the pandemic. Green Lake County has 22 cases and Marquette County 5 cases and 1 death. Waupaca County reported 6 new cases yesterday bringing its total to 57 with 1 death and Waushara County has 10 cases.
