State health officials say there were no new deaths due to the coronavirus Monday and a correction brought the total of number deaths down one to 646. A patient in Milwaukee had been counted twice Sunday. Meanwhile for the fourth straight day the increase in new cases of COVID-19 held below 3 percent with 203 positive cases or 2.67 percent of the 7,589 test results that came back. A total of 21,038 state residents have tested positive for the virus during the current pandemic.
Dodge County had no new COVID-19 cases Monday, but has 400 total cases and 4 deaths. Winnebago County is approaching 400 cases with 12 new cases and has a total of 397 with 7 deaths. Fond du Lac County reported 7 new cases and has 240 cases and 6 deaths. Green Lake County had 1 new case and now has 23 cases of the virus. Marquette County holds steady with 5 cases and 1 death. Waupaca County reported 1 new case and has 58 with 1 death, and Waushara County’s total remained the same with 10 cases.
