Results For Spring Election Days Away

Wisconsin had its Spring Election and Presidential Preference Primary yesterday, but with a record amount of absentee ballots it will be days before final results are known. Clerks can begin tallying votes as soon as today, but results won’t be finalized until 4 p.m. next Monday. During in-person voting people were wearing face masks and following social distancing requirements. Despite the help of 2,400 members of the state’s National Guard the state’s elections Commission say they fell shy of the number of poll workers they needed by 7,000.
