Probation Revoked For FDL Drug Dealing Suspect

A 35-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of trying to bring 3.25 pound of methamphetamine into the city is going to prison on a previous drug charge. The probation Adrian Irby was previously placed on for a felony cocaine charge was revoked Wednesday by Fond du Lac County Judge Richard Nuss who then sentenced him to 3 ½ years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision. Irby will be arraigned next Wednesday on charges stemming from a traffic stop in February during which the methamphetamine and a handgun were found. Current charges against him stem from that stop and alleged drug sales last fall. The street value of the methamphetamine was $148,000 making it the largest amount of meth ever seized in the city.
