The number of COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin grew Monday to 2,440 with 77 deaths. State Department of Health Services officials say 668 people are hospitalized and 26,574 others have tested negative for the virus. Fond du Lac County has reported 44 cases with 13 active cases, 29 recoveries and 2 deaths. Winnebago County reported its first death and has had 24 cases. Marquette County has 2 cases, Waupaca County 2 cases and one death, and Waushara County reported its first case over the weekend.
