Winter Storm Watches Issued

The National Weather Service has issued a pair of Winter Storm Watches for the area this weekend. The Watch for Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette and other counties is from Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night. Snow totals could be from 5 to 9 inches. A watch for an area that includes Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago counties is for the same time frame with 5 to 10 inches of snow possible. Both watches include the possibility of winds gusting up to 40 miles an hour with blowing and drifting snow.
