Suspicious Incident In Oshkosh

Oshkosh Police are investigating an incident during which a woman that was walking or jogging in the area of Nevada Drive and Menominee Drive was pushed down by a young man or boy. It happened early last Sunday afternoon. The woman described her attacker as being African American. He was wearing a red sweatshirt and dark colored sweatpants. He had green backpack and may have been riding a bike before the incident. The woman wasn’t injured and nothing was taken from her.
