In the NBA, the Bucks play the Pistons in Detroit. Milwaukee has won 12 games in a row, the latest a 132-88 rout of the New York Knicks on Monday night.
The Wisconsin Herd stretched its winning streak to nine games with a 125-116 victory over Long Island on Tuesday night. Six Herd players scored in double figures, including three players who tallied 20 or more points. Jaylen Adams led all Wisconsin players and recorded a season-high-tying 27 points to go with nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Rayjon Tucker totaled 25 points on eight made field goals, while Frank Mason returned to the lineup and posted 23 points, six rebounds, five assists and a team-high two blocks. Jemerrio Jones registered a season-high 17 points and added 11 rebounds and three assists and Cameron Reynolds had 13 points and six rebounds in 30 minutes of action. For the third straight game, Brandon McCoy scored in double figures and pitched in with 11 points and nine rebounds off the bench.
Wisconsin will conclude its brief two-game east coast road swing with a conference showdown with Maine on Thursday.
The Packers are back on the practice field today. Green Bay (9-3), hosts the Washington Redskins (3-9)and winners of two straight. The Packers lead the North by one game over the Minnesota Vikings. The game starts at noon.
