The Packers host the Bears Sunday in the 200th meeting between the two teams that dates back to 1923. Green Bay is 10-3 and the #2 seed in the NFC while Chicago is 7-6 and winners of three games in—row to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers said it’s been a lot of fun over the years playing the Bears and he said Sunday’s game will be a test of two teams involved in the league’s oldest rivalry which should mean lots of excitement. The game can be heard on 102.3, The Bug, with the pregame starting at 10:00 and the kickoff at noon from Lambeau Field.
In Thursday Night Football, the New York Jets (5-8) are at Baltimore (11-2) to take on the Ravens.
In the NBA Wednesday night, the Bucks won their 16th game, 127-112 over the New Orleans Pelicans at Firserv Forum in Milwaukee. Eric Bledsoe had 29 ponts and Khris Middleton scored 24 to pace Milwaukee.
Coming off his worst outing of the season, Geo Baker knew he had to be more assertive. Baker scored 22 points in bouncing back to lead Rutgers past Wisconsin 72-65 on Wednesday night.
Baker had just four points on 1-of-7 shooting in Rutgers’ loss at No. 11 Michigan State on Sunday night, having come into that game averaging 13 points per game. He was 9-of-18 in the win over Wisconsin (5-5, 1-1 Big Ten). Kobe King led Wisconsin with 18 points.
