Oshkosh Chamber Singers Present Lessons and Carols

OSHKOSH — The Oshkosh Chamber Singers will present their traditional “A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols” for the holiday season on Saturday, Dec. 14. The audience will be invited to lift their voices in the congregational singing of familiar carols.
Performances will begin at 4 and 7:30 p.m. at the historic Trinity Episcopal Church, Division at Algoma in downtown Oshkosh. The Oshkosh Chamber Singers, accompanied by pipe organ and other instrumentalists, joins with community readers to offer Scripture readings of the Christmas story and related choral selections.
The conductor is Herb Berendsen.
Tickets are available in advance for $15 at Heid Music, 1750 W. South Park Ave., Oshkosh; Gardina’s Wine Bar & Café, 448 N. Main St., Oshkosh; or by calling 920-312-8290. They also will be available at the door for $20. Student tickets are $5.
