Former Judge Found Guilty Of Violating Restraining Order

1 October 2019 News

A Winnebago County jury Monday found a former Fox Crossing municipal judge guilty of one count of violating a restraining order. Sixty-six-year-old Leonard Kachinsky of Neenah was previously acquitted of stalking a village clerk, but the Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended him from the bench. Kachinsky had been charged with three counts of violating a restraining order for allegedly continuing to pursue contact with that same village clerk. The jury only found him guilty of one of those counts. Judge Guy Dutcher imposed and stayed a six month jail sentence.
