Two Injured In Dodge County Motorcycle Accident

Two people were injured when a tire on the motorcycle they were riding blew on State Highway 33 in Dodge County’s Town of Herman Saturday afternoon. The 58-year-old Beaver Dam man driving the bike and his passenger a 46-year-old Beaver Dam woman were both flown to the U-W Hospital in Madison. Neither was wearing a helmet. Sheriff’s officials say the man suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and the woman life-threatening injuries. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash. The accident was reported shortly after 3 pm.
