Missing Ripon Man Found Safe

A 76-year-old Ripon man who was reported missing Sunday afternoon was found safe. In reporting him missing Ripon Police said Ron Michels has memory issues and can seem lost or confused. He had walked away from his residence in the 400 block of Thorne Street about 2:15 pm and was located within a couple of hours.
