Menominee Nation Arena Owner Files For Bankruptcy Protection

20 August 2019 News

A group that owns the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.  Fox Valley Pro Basketball, Inc. filed a petition in Federal Court Monday. According to the court document the company has from 100 to 199 creditors and from $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. A Chapter 11 bankruptcy will give the company time to reorganize its debt and put together a plan to pay that debt off. The filing comes in the wake of three separate lawsuits filed in Winnebago County court against the arena’s owner.
