Potential Buyer For Heidel House Resort

Officials in Green Lake are working with a potential buyer for the Heidel House Resort and spa. The Green Lake City Council this past week met as a committee of whole to discuss the resort. Officials say they have received a “very solid” offer. A potential buyer has been working with city officials since March. The city may be able to help with financing through the use of tax incremental financing. One possible hurdle is the buyer has only expressed an interest in buying the resort portion of the property.
