The Bucks will try to take a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals at Toronto tonight. Milwaukee lost Sunday night in double overtime, 118-112 and lead 2-1. Last night, Golden State advanced to their fifth straight NBA Finals with a 119-117 victory at Portland. The Warriors won the series 4-0.
After being off Monday, the Brewers are back in action tonight, hosting the Cincinnati Reds in the first game of a two-game home stand. Milwaukee is coming off a 5-5 road trip. Right-hander Sonny Gray, who’s 0-4, goes against Brewers lefty Gio Gonzalez, who’s 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA. First pitch is at 6:40 from Miller Park and the game is heard on AM1100/98.3FM, WISS.
In the N.L. Central on Monday, there was just one game as the Phillies edged the Cubs 5-4 at Wrigley Field. The Cubs lead the Brewers by a game in the division while Pittsburgh is 2 ½ back, St. Louis 4 and Pittsburgh 7 games out.
