James House Ministry Reshaping Lives
There’s a little more faith in Ripon’s Watson Street these days. That’s because the former Ripon State Bank building at 301 Watson Street is now the headquarters for the James House Ministry. Timothy Bachleitner says the ministry grew out of the time he spent ministering to juveniles in the Fond du Lac County Jail. The Ministry’s motto is “Fighting for the Fatherless and Forgotten in Fond du Lac County.” They own several properties some of which are sources for their carpentry projects and woodworking art. He says like those projects the youth that come to them are finding a new purpose in life. “We have our hands in a lot of active work in the community because that’s what we want to instill in the next generation. The true work is not in the project it is the young men and women that have their lives shaped and transformed by this ministry.” If you’d like to know more about the James House Ministry visit their website or call them at 920-238-0104.
