FDL Man Charged For Stealing Pickup Truck

A 31-year-old Fond du Lac man has been charged for stealing a pickup truck and driving it to Waupun. Bond was set at $3,000 cash when Paul Mowbray made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County court Wednesday on vehicle theft and felony bail jumping charges. Mowbray allegedly took the truck at a Kwik Trip in Fond du Lac last Saturday. Waupun Police arrested him at a residence in the 200 block of South Madison Street that same afternoon and turned him over to Fond du Lac Police. The vehicle was also located in Waupun and turned over to the owner. Mowbray will be back in court for a preliminary hearing next Thursday.
