FDL Man Charged In Winnebago County Car Thefts

A 23-year-old Fond du Lac man is facing charges in Winnebago County for stealing two cars from Bergstrom Automotive during separate test drives. Benjamin Milbrath was released from custody last Wednesday after posting $1,000 cash bond for the first incident. Later that day he stole another car from the dealership during a test drive. Police found the vehicle and took him into custody. This time a Winnebago County judge set bail at $10,000 cash. Milbrath is back in court on April 11th.
