FDL Woman Accused Of Embezzling

A 60-year-old Fond du Lac woman is suspected of stealing $550,000 from the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Sheboygan County. Donna Larue was a bookkeeper that was in charge of donations from St. Vincent de Paul to nine churches in Sheboygan County. She allegedly forged or wrote out over 200 checks without permission. The thefts occurred over a seven year period. She’s charged with felony theft from a business setting. She’s back in court for a preliminary hearing on March 6th.
