FDL Man Charged With Attempted Homicide In Shootings

Bond has been set at $500,000 cash for a 31-year-old Fond du Lac who is suspected of shooting two people at an apartment building in Fond du Lac last September. Delaney Watt is facing 17 charges including charges for attempted first degree intentional homicide, first degree recklessly endangering safety, drug dealing and more. According to the criminal complaint he had a beef with a tenant at an apartment at 130 Forest Avenue and was firing at that man when a 17-year-old girl and 26-year-old man were struck by bullets from the handgun. The girl was shot in the back and the man is paralyzed as a result of the shooting. Police executed a search warrant at Watt‘s residence last September 13th and found a hand gun, cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana and over $16,000 in cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled March 1st.
